The NCLT has ordered the liquidation of Tulip Hotels after failing to receive a viable resolution plan. The order follows Tulip Hotels’ inability to address a default of INR 900 crore. The liquidation will attempt to sell the company as a going concern, with Krishna Gopal Ratanlal Maheshwari appointed as the liquidator.
